At SKYVIK Technologies, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our
products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only in case of a damaged item received. To qualify for a replacement, the
following conditions must be met:
1. Video Proof is Mandatory
- A clear unboxing video is required, covering all angles of the package before opening the box.
- The video must show the sealed condition of the package, the unboxing process, and the
damaged product received.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. Time Frame for Reporting Damage
- Any damage claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. How to Submit a Claim
To request a replacement, contact our support team with:
- The unboxing video showing the damage
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
4. Replacement Approval Process
- Once the video is reviewed and the claim is approved, a replacement unit will be shipped.
- The defective/damaged item must be returned before the replacement is dispatched.
Additional Terms
- No Returns Allowed: We do not accept returns for any reason.
- Overseas Orders: No replacements or returns are available for international shipments.
- Warranty Coverage: Manufacturing defects (if any) will be covered under warranty, as per the
