    TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY AND RETURNS

    Register Your Products and Get Extra Benefits:

    • 6 Months Free Warranty Extension: In addition to the standard warranty, buyers can extend the warranty on their SKYVIK products by 6 months by registering their product within 7 days of purchase.

    • If you purchased your product directly from the SKYVIK website, you are automatically granted the extended warranty, and no further action is required.

    • Note: Warranty extension is not valid for refurbished, gifted or free goods.

    WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

    SKYVIK Technologies offers a warranty that covers manufacturing defects for all its products, including mobile lenses, tripods, mobile holders, laptop stands, wireless chargers, and other gear. This warranty ensures that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. However, the warranty does not apply to the freebies provided by Skyvik under any offers.

    The warranty covers the following issues:

    • Material Defects: Any flaws in the materials used to manufacture the product leading to component failure.

    • Workmanship Defects: Problems arising from the manufacturing process, including faulty stitching, loose parts, or assembly issues.

    • Functional Defects: Issues where the product fails to function as intended under normal use, such as malfunctioning wireless chargers, cables, tripod mechanisms, or mobile holders not working correctly.

    During the warranty period, if the product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, SKYVIK will, at its discretion, either:

    • Replace the product with the same or a comparable product at no charge. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of SKYVIK.

    • If services are required after the warranty period expires, the customer is responsible for all labor and parts charges.

    WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

    The SKYVIK Technologies warranty does not cover:

    • Misuse, neglect, or improper installation

    • Cosmetic damage

    • Damage due to acts of nature, such as lightning or natural disasters

    • Accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs

    • Commercial use or connection to an incorrect voltage supply

    • General wear and tear, including fading of colors or breakdown of materials over time

    • Warranty is not applicable on the freebies given in any offers.

    We do not accept or honor fraudulent claims and reserve the right to reject claims suspected of being fraudulent, such as intentional damage, duplicate claims, or counterfeit products.

    WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

    If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, follow these steps to file a warranty claim:

    1. Raise a ticket and provide necessary details through our Help Center by contacting support@skyvik.in. Provide necessary details such as the serial number, photos, or videos that clearly depict the defect. Once your claim is partially approved, SKYVIK will assist with repair, replacement or another suitable resolution.

    2. Approval and RMA Number:
      Once the warranty claim is reviewed and partially approved, SKYVIK will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is necessary for processing your delivery to the Skyvik premises for repair or replacement.

    3. Dispatching the Product:
      Clearly display the RMA number on the return shipping label outside the package. Do not write the RMA number on the actual product box. Packages without an RMA number may not be accepted by our warehouse. The customer must send the defective product to the SKYVIK office, including the RMA number, at the following address:

    1. Shipping Costs:
      The customer is responsible for bearing all courier expenses to send the product to SKYVIK. Once the warranty process is complete, SKYVIK will cover the expenses to deliver the product back to the customer.

    2. Inspection and Due Diligence:
      Upon receiving the product, SKYVIK will perform due diligence to check for any signs of forced, negligence or physical damage. SKYVIK reserves the right to reject the warranty claim if any fraudulent or unfair means are found to have been used by the customer.

    3. Dispatch Timeline:
      The customer must dispatch the product for warranty within 7 days of receiving the RMA number. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the warranty claim.
