Customs and Import Charges
Please note that duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping company at the time of delivery, once you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
How Our Delivery Process Works
Once you place an order, each product is thoroughly inspected and packed before being handed over to our delivery partners. You will receive tracking details via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time. In the rare case that the delivery partner is unable to reach your address, they will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Cancellation Policy
Orders placed with Skyvik can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our support team via phone, email, or WhatsApp. However, once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, customers may refuse delivery. For prepaid orders, a refund will only be initiated after the shipment is marked as returned to origin (RTO). Please note that processing the refund may take a few business days after the RTO is confirmed.
