Worst product

SKYVIK Car Dashboard & Windshield Arm Mobile Holder is the worst product to buy if you ever think of getting a phone holder for the car dashboard.

I faced a lot of issues right from Day 1 of my purchase . I am mentioning some of the following :

I) Product had to be assembled before using it. It was insanely difficult to fix the ball in its slot and after a lot of effort for close to an hour, I could manage to do this.
II) By the time, I completed the above step, the Suction or Vacuum cup that sticks on to the dashboard had dried up partially and it was hard to stick it on to the dashboard. I did all sorts of things (hitting it from top etc.,) to make it stick to the dashboard.

III) Within nearly a month of use and while driving, the suction cup and my mobile phone which was kept on it fell off suddenly ( I was using maps at that time) which made me lose my concentration and momentary control of the car.

If any amount of decency is in these Skyvik people, they should reach out to me and offer a replacement.

I would highly advice everyone looking to buy this product not to waste money on this worthless product which is more than a 1000 bucks. Instead buy something else.
